Delivery Information
Delivery Times
All deliveries to the mainland UK are dispatched on a next day delivery service. UK Juicers can deliver goods to destinations within the UK and worldwide. UK Deliveries can also have express timed morning and Saturday delivery options that can be selected at checkout for a small additional charge.
We dispatch items that are in stock on the same working day if we receive your order by noon, or the following working day if we receive your order later in the day. This means you should receive your order (if in the UK) either the next working day or within 2 working days of ordering. Delivery to remote areas of the UK can sometimes take an extra day. As a safety margin we ask that you allow up to 5 working days for delivery. In the unlikely event that delivery may exceed 5 days we will notify you before processing your payment, giving you the option to cancel.
Customers will usually receive delivery to mainland Europe within 3 to 4 days of the order being placed, and the rest of the world within 10 days. However, delivery on all overseas orders will be advised individually and depending on destination. Please contact us if you require further details.
For courier delivered items please ensure that someone will be present at the delivery address to receive the order, as packages will not be left without a signature on behalf of the recipient without written consent at the time of placing the order. It may be more convenient for you to specify a work or business address for delivery. If no one is present at the time of attempted delivery for courier delivered items, the courier will leave a contact card. They will usually re-attempt delivery on 2 further occasions. After three attempts large packages will be returned to us and small items may be left at your local post office. If items are returned to us we will contact you to see if you still wish to receive your order. We reserve the right to make a further delivery charge if you want to redirect goods that are already in transit, or if you want us to dispatch goods that have been returned to us because you were unavailable to receive them.

The Champion Juicer is delivered free of charge to all UK addresses (includes Channel Islands).
Details are shown on the individual product pages for smaller items such as spares, books and accessories if ordered separately.
