How Does A Champion Work?
The Champion 2000+ Juicer is the original ‘Masticating Juicer’, offering more nutritious juices with its powerful juicing action. ‘Masticating’ means ‘chewing up’ and that is exactly what the stainless steel blades on the Champion do. By using this grinding force on the things that you juice, more of the nutrients in the plant cells are released, giving a juice that is more flavourful, more vibrantly coloured and most important of all; more nutritious.
The Champion is much more than just a juicer. As well as offering highly nutritious fruit and vegetable juices, when you use the homogenising blank supplied it becomes a food processor. By simply swapping this one part you can make nut butters, purees, dessert toppings, smoothies, soups, baby foods and sauces, as well as instant ice creams, sorbets and frozen fruit desserts.
When you are juicing with the Champion the juice comes from a filter below the machine, when you are homogenising it all comes out of the pulp outlet at the end – simple! All juicing and homogenising processes are performed by the same stainless steel cutting teeth which operate inside a hygienic stainless steel sleeve inside the juicing body. When you are finished the clean up process is easy, painless and VERY fast indeed, making this juicer as user-friendly as it could possibly be.
There is also an optional Grain Mill Attachment for the Champion Juicer that allows you to mill and grind coffee, corn, spices and grains to a texture of your choice.
